Below you can read how we process your data, where we store it (or have it stored), which security techniques we use and for whom the data is available.
WHAT DATA CAN WE COLLECT AND FOR WHICH PURPOSES?
We collect and process personal data for the following purposes:
a. To (possibly) enter into an agreement with you. If you want to become a customer of 3DPrinterPoint BV, we need some of your personal information, such as contact details. We may use your personal information to identify you and to ensure that we can provide you with the right products or services.
b. To maintain our relationships with you and to execute our contract. We sometimes need your personal information to perform our contract with you. When you are our customer, we also want to keep in touch and possibly use your (company) contact details for that purpose.

3DPrinterPoint BV does not store your data any longer than we are legally obliged or consider necessary. The exact retention time of data depends on the type of data and the purpose for which it was collected. When we no longer have to store your data, we will ensure that it is completely deleted and with the greatest care, if applicable this is done by certified specialized companies. We may have collected data in the past that may not (or no longer) appear in our systems. By applying retention policy, we try to remove such data as quickly as reasonably possible.

• Right of access

You have the right to correct or add your personal data if it is incorrect or incomplete for the purposes for which it was collected.
• Right to delete ('right to be forgotten')
You have the right to request 3DPrinterPoint BV to delete your personal data. 3DPrinterPoint BV must comply with this request if:
1. The personal data is no longer needed with regard to the purposes for which it was collected;
2. The data has been processed unlawfully;
3. The processing was based on your consent and you have withdrawn your consent;
4. There is a legal obligation to delete the data;
5. The data is processed as part of profiling against which you have a legitimate objection.
• Right to limit processing
You are entitled to a limitation of processing if one of the following situations applies:
1. You dispute the accuracy of the personal data;
2. the processing is unlawful and you are against deleting the personal data and instead requesting the limitation of its use;
3. 3DPrinterPoint BV no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but these are required by you for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims;
4. You have objected to processing as part of profiling and await verification of the legitimacy of the obligation
• Right to object
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in certain cases and for reasons related to your specific situation. In all cases you will receive a response from us within 4 weeks.
